Your account will have your own unique ID and password, providing security and confidentiality to all messages in your mailbox. You have complete control over your password and can change it yourself at any time; no need to contact us to make the change.
Call in periodically to check your voicemail, or we can check it daily for you. We also offer voicemail message notification where the system calls out to a number of your choice whenever you receive a new voicemail message. The system can handle multiple incoming calls to a single line at any given time, eliminating the need for anyone to encounter a busy signal or be put on hold.
Voice mailbox options include:
- A personal voicemail box.
- A single company voicemail box for all messages.
- A company Menu Tree that directs callers through the extensions for different departments or certain employees.
- Individual employee voicemail boxes.
